凛冬督学局（Red Watch Tutor）是一款苏维埃主题的番茄钟专注网页工具。 开启工作时段后，苏军督学官随机入场巡查，通过自动巡查判定判断你是否在认真学习——玩手机、离岗、打瞌睡当场记过。 用游戏化的紧张感，帮助考研、备考、自习与居家办公的同志保持专注。

普通番茄钟只会安静倒计时，约束力全靠自觉——很多人开着计时器照样刷手机。 凛冬督学局把「监督」做成游戏：有一位随时查岗的督学官盯着你。 被抓到摸鱼有代价，这种紧张感正是自习室能让人坐得住的原因。

Standard Pomodoro timers rely on willpower alone. Red Watch Tutor adds accountability through random automated inspections — the same psychology that keeps you focused when someone might be watching.

核心玩法 / Core gameplay

• 番茄钟专注循环 / Focus cycles：默认 25 分钟专注 + 短暂休整，循环往复；支持「无限时长」自由模式。
• 督学官巡查 / Automated patrol：劳动期间督学官不定时入场，摄像头捕捉画面自动判定专注状态。
• 三颗红星 / 3 strikes：每场服役 3 颗红星，离岗、玩手机、分心各扣一颗；扣光「遣返」并生成违纪档案。
• 光荣下班 / Honorable discharge：累计专注满时长后体面收工——坚持到这一步才算真正「通关」。
• 劳动荣誉册 / Honor roll：按累计时长晋升 8 级徽章，荣誉永不倒退。

隐私与摄像头 / Privacy & camera

巡查判定在你的设备或受托技术服务商侧即时完成，用于游戏化提醒。 只有你主动选择对应巡查模式后才会请求画面权限；未授权时不会采集画面，也不能完成该模式的有效巡查。详见《隐私政策》与 《用户协议》。

Patrol decisions happen on-device or at the trusted service provider. The app only requests visual access after you choose a patrol mode; without permission, that mode cannot complete a valid patrol.

需要下载安装吗？ / Do I need to install anything?

网页版打开即用；iPhone/iPad 可用 Safari 添加到主屏幕；Android 建议使用 Chrome 或 Edge 添加到桌面。 / The web version works directly; iOS uses Safari PWA, while Android can add it to the home screen with Chrome or Edge.

一定要开摄像头吗？ / Is the camera required?

不一定。桌面端也可选择屏幕巡查；但开始受监督劳动前，必须授权所选模式需要的画面。 / Not necessarily. Desktop users may choose screen patrol, but the selected mode needs visual permission.

摄像头画面会上传吗？ / Is camera footage uploaded?

会根据当前巡查方式，通过加密连接提交当次压缩单帧作即时判定，但不会上传连续视频。登录后的巡查判定留档默认开启， 你可以在设置中关闭后续留档，并在档案页清空已有云端照片。 / Depending on the selected patrol mode, one compressed frame may be sent over an encrypted connection for real-time judging; continuous video is not uploaded. Patrol archives are enabled by default after sign-in. You can disable future archives in Settings and clear existing cloud photos from Archives.

市面上不缺番茄钟——缺的是「让你不敢偷懒」的番茄钟。 开着计时器照样刷手机，几乎是每个独自学习过的人都有的体验。 凛冬督学局正是为这种场景设计的：用一位随时可能查岗的督学官， 制造那种「背后有人」的适度紧张感。

设计理念来自苏联体制中「督学官（Политрук）」的角色——他们不直接干涉你的工作， 但存在本身就是监督。我们把这种心理机制搬到浏览器里：随机巡查、三颗红星、遣返地牢、 光荣下班——每个设计都为了制造适度的紧张感， 这正是高效率学习环境的共同特征。
